One of my 2010 challenges

  1. This is a great site for those of you who are health concious ito what you eat, monitoring your weight etc - www.fitday.com - take a look, it's free. Anyway I have set my self a short term weight loss goal [i.e. 13 March] and as you can see from the graph, so far so good. I will keep you posted....! [To protect the innocent, the numbers are not clear!]

  3. Thanks for that will have a look - I do a 'walk with me' programme on my Nintendo. I am do 5,000-10,000 steps a day - since August I've lost a stone just by doing extra walking.
