Anyway I have set my self a short term weight loss goal [i.e. 13 March] and as you can see from the graph, so far so good. I will keep you posted....! Thanks for that will have a look - I do a 'walk with me' programme on my Nintendo. I am do 5,000-10,000 steps a day - since August I've lost a stone just by doing extra walking.
